BIRTHFIT offers unique, consciously-driven educational experiences: online programs, podcasts, webinars, in-person classes and workshops, and the annual BIRTHFIT Summit.
These educational experiences require leaders that are practicing an awakened lifestyle and embracing all variations of humanity. These leaders we call our BIRTHFIT Regional Directors. They employ and practice each of our four pillars – fitness, nutrition, chiropractic, mindset – regularly in their lives. The BIRTHFIT Regional Directors are trailblazers in their communities.
BIRTHFIT Coaches and Professionals are those within their respective fields that serve women throughout the Motherhood Transition; they also employ the BIRTHFIT four pillars and act as leaders within their community.
Together, the BIRTHFIT Regional Directors, BIRTHFIT Coaches, and BIRTHFIT Professionals make up the BIRTHFIT tribe. The BIRTHFIT tribe demonstrates true belonging. This is defined, according to Brene Brown, as the spiritual practice of believing in and belonging to yourself so deeply that you can share your most authentic self with the world and find sacredness in both being a part of something and standing alone in the wilderness. True belonging requires you to be who you are, not change who you are.
As fellow humans with a mission to support and serve women and their families, we will encounter heavy emotions and highly polarizing topics; however, we will not blame, react, or diminish another’s light. We will offer our fellow humans respect and a space to be heard. We will support one another – whether we are in agreement or not – and seek to improve ourselves and each other through this ever-evolving community.
