BIRTHFIT Leaders, Coaches, and Professionals are those within their respective fields that serve women throughout the Motherhood Transition. They employ the BIRTHFIT four pillars and act as leaders within their community.
Together, the BIRTHFIT Leaders, BIRTHFIT Coaches, and BIRTHFIT Professionals make up the BIRTHFIT community. The BIRTHFIT community demonstrates true belonging. This is defined, according to Brene Brown, as the spiritual practice of believing in and belonging to yourself so deeply that you can share your most authentic self with the world and find sacredness in both being a part of something and standing alone in the wilderness. True belonging requires you to be who you are, not change who you are.
As fellow humans with a mission to support and serve women and their families, we will encounter heavy emotions and highly polarizing topics; however, we will not blame, react, or diminish another’s light. We will offer our fellow humans respect and a space to be heard. We will support one another – whether we are in agreement or not – and seek to improve ourselves and each other through this ever-evolving community.
We are restructuring the way we interact with our BIRTHFIT Leaders so that we can make BIRTHFIT more accessible to the general public.
If you are interested in being a BIRTHFIT Leader, make sure you are on this newsletter list. You’ll hear from us in September!
