Stand proud and recall actual experiences in which you were freaking super proud of yourself. You don’t have to say them out loud, but at least say them to yourself. Then, when you feel a contraction coming, take in a deep breath of air and lean on to something or someone and sway those hips Mama. You’ve got this!
