Warm Up / Activations
Spend 5 min in Posture Awareness.
Shoulder Activations 2-3x.
Strength Focus
EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) for 10 minutes:
Odd: 2 Turkish Get-Ups on RIGHT
Even: 2 Turkish Get-Ups on LEFT
Cardio/Stamina
Move for at least 45 minutes.
Walk, Run, Hike, Swim, Etc.
Mindset Training
Watch out interview w/ prenatal & postpartum clinical psychologist Dr. Alyssa Berlin.
