30 Overhead Walking Lunges (Use 10-25 lbs Plate)
Then, 3 Rounds:
32 Lateral Hops Over Plate
16 Dumb Bell Hang Clean and Press
30 Overhead Walking Lunges
ALL-STAR
40 Overhead Walking Lunges (Use 25lbs Plate)
Then, 3 Rounds:
32 Lateral Hops Over Plate
16 Dumb Bell Hang Clean and Press
40 Overhead Walking Lunges
NOTES:
Pick a weight for the Overhead Walking Lunges that you can do 10 walking lunges with elbows locked out and then break.
Pick a weight for the DB Hang Clean and Press that you can do 6-8 in a row.
The workout starts and finishes with walking lunges.
Complete the workout at your pace.
