Odd: 4 Left Side Turkish Getups

Even: 4 Right Side Turkish Getups

 

 

NOTES:

Pick a weight (Kettle Bell or Dumb Bell) that would be light-medium to you.

Focus on the KB every move.

Rest between minutes.
