Perform 2 Turkish Getups.

*Alternate arms each round.


2 Rounds for time: 

200m Run or 400m Walk

20 Squats

15 Push Ups

10 Pull Ups

5 Modified Burpees (Jump to Plank)

*Rest as needed.
