3 Men and a Doula: Real Talk About Doulas and Dads

This is a video we made on a whim with a few of our male BirthFIT supporters. They don’t have kids yet and were really interested in the idea of a Doula and how it could benefit them. We thought this would be a great video for any guys out there who are wondering about why they would want/need a Doula or a support person for birth.
What you don’t see is the conversation a few hours later about placentas! Can’t help it. We are all about the nitty gritty.

Front Squat
Burpees
200m run/250m row between each set
MODIFICATIONS & NOTES
- Choose a weight for your front squats that you can do 10 unbroken
- If you don’t have access to a barbell, you can use a KB or DB for weighted squats
- If your bump is getting bigger, do sprawls instead of burpees
