WORKOUT

A. Warm up with an easy 500m row or 800m run/jog/walk

B. 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Heavy Russian Swings

Burpees

C. Finish with another easy 500m row or 800m run/jog/walk

MODIFICATIONS

  • If you don’t have access to a KB, use a heavy Dumbell
  • Substitute Sprawls for Burpees if needed.
