BirthFIT U has Changed

We have modified the BirthFIT U course to better accommodate for more women. There have been a lot of requests for a one or two day workshop and a webinar. Therefore, we have changed the seven-week curriculum into a one-day, 9am to 5pm workshop.
The BirthFIT U one-day workshop will still contain all of the educational material. However, there will only be two movement sessions- yoga and functional fitness. BirthFIT U is the charming educational class specifically designed for women committed to a healthy lifestyle and rockin’ birth. BirthFIT U will prepare you for one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences of your life: your birth!

- Always use weight that you feel comfortable with during the metcon and even the lifting portion.
- Make sure you can do all five front squats in a row for first two rounds.
- Use double of any weight for farmers carry.
