WORKOUT

Complete the following for time:

50 Kettle Bell Swings

40 Box jumps or step ups

30 Pull-ups

20 Clean and Jerk

50m rack lunge

 

Tips & Modifications

  • Use a KB that you can swing at least 10 times.
  • Box jumps or step ups are fine.
  • Pull-ups or ring rows are great.
  • The clean and jerks should be something you feel good doing 7-10 times.
  • The rack lunges are going to be difficult. A barbell or KB rack is acceptable.
