It’s that time of the year. The CrossFit Open is here. If you have never done the CrossFit Open, I encourage you to do it. Sign up. You have got nothing to lose. You may just find out that you are capable of many things you never thought possible.
Note: BirthFIT will provide modifications for all the workouts in The Open.

*Modifications
If you are a beginner, then start with 1000m Row instead of 2000m Row.
HSPU can/should be done off of the box if needed.
If no inversions for you today, then do seated strict press with DBs or push ups.
