Friday is Fabulous. So what better day of the week to provide you with some BirthFIT updates.

  • BirthFIT fitness classes will be offered in the Los Angeles area as early as March 2013. More information to come. 
  • Sacred Pregnancy: The Pregnancy Journey begins Sunday, February 3rd at The Birth Sanctuary. Spaces are limited.
  • The eBook appropriately titled What is BirthFIT? will be available by April 1, 2013.
  • BirthFIT’s Plan A will be available to 3 more women later this month. More info to come.
  • Lots more blogs and videos to come about nutrition, beauty, fitness, movement, and being a fabulous female.

Warm Up: Be sure to include glute activations and hollow holds, Jog or row.
3 Rounds:
30 seconds max reps of perfect squats.
30 seconds rest.
Advanced (A), Intermediate (I), Beginner  (B)
3 Rounds:
10 Goblet squats (A35#, I26#, B18#)
10m Crab Walk
4 Turkish Getups (A26#, I18#, B12#)
10m Alternating lunges
Modifications
Use weights that you feel comfortable with going overhead for TGU.

  • This is by far the best! Honestly, do not buy any other pregnancy wookurt dvd. I’ve tried them all, this is the only one you’ll need! I LOVED doing this wookurt. That’s a big statement to make, but I did actually look forward to doing this! It was the only video I’ve done, including non pregnancy geared wookurts, that actually kept my full attention. I never got bored! It’s just the right length and the moves aren’t repetitive or boringly basic. I do not think it is quite as challenging as others made it out to be. After a couple of months doing this, I could make it through doing all the advanced moves barely breaking a sweat. It’s nice that she gives you options. This allows you to start off doing beginner’ moves and progress to the more challenging options. I always felt great after completing this wookurt. I look forward to being pregnant again and utilizing this from the very beginning! I highly recommend this, you won’t be dissapointed!
