- BirthFIT fitness classes will be offered in the Los Angeles area as early as March 2013. More information to come.
- Sacred Pregnancy: The Pregnancy Journey begins Sunday, February 3rd at The Birth Sanctuary. Spaces are limited.
- The eBook appropriately titled What is BirthFIT? will be available by April 1, 2013.
- BirthFIT’s Plan A will be available to 3 more women later this month. More info to come.
- Lots more blogs and videos to come about nutrition, beauty, fitness, movement, and being a fabulous female.

Workout
Warm Up: Be sure to include glute activations and hollow holds, Jog or row.
3 Rounds:
30 seconds max reps of perfect squats.
30 seconds rest.
Advanced (A), Intermediate (I), Beginner (B)
3 Rounds:
10 Goblet squats (A35#, I26#, B18#)
10m Crab Walk
4 Turkish Getups (A26#, I18#, B12#)
10m Alternating lunges
Modifications
Use weights that you feel comfortable with going overhead for TGU.
