Slow is fast. Connect with your new body in our Lying In Program. Establish a foundation with the BIRTHFIT Basics. Then, progress into Postpartum Training.

  • Are you open to conception?
    Join us in B! Community training. This is general strength and conditioning for women that desire to train while also honoring their menstrual cycle.

🤰 Pregnant?

  • Congratulations! 🥳 It’s a new and different season. Once we find out we are pregnant, we shift our mindset and begin training intentionally for this transition. Birth will perhaps be the biggest athletic event of any woman’s life. This is why we train mind, body, and soul so that we may embrace the greatest unknown of birth.

🤱 Postpartum?

  • This is a beautiful time to reset and recalibrate. We choose to look at the whole first year as healing and embrace a "slow is fast" mantra. Ideally, postpartum starts with our Lying In program, then our BIRTHFIT Basics, and onto the BIRTHFIT Postpartum Training.
